“Bleach: TYBW Arc Part 2 Unveils Trailer, Release Date, and New Cast”

“The highly anticipated second cour of Bleach: TYBW Arc is set to premiere this summer after the anime’s successful run as one of the best shows in 2022. A new key visual showcases Ichigo and Ishiga standing on separate paths, building excitement for Bleach Thousand Year Blood War Arc Part 2, which is scheduled to air on July 8, 2023.

As a sequel to the beloved Bleach series, TYBW had fans eagerly awaiting the animated adaptation of the final arc from the manga. With stunning animation and exhilarating fight scenes, the sequel surpassed expectations, earning a remarkable rating of 9.07 on MyAnimeList and ranking as the second highest-rated anime on the platform.

The manga’s last arc will be released in four parts, with Part 1 concluding in December and Part 2 on its way. Kodansha released a trailer along with the announcement on their website. The opening song, titled “STARS,” will be performed by w.o.d. Japanese residents will have the opportunity to attend an early screening on June 25, where two episodes will be shown.

Excitingly, new cast members have been unveiled for Part 2. Ayane Sakura will voice Liltotto, Takeshi Koyama will portray Gerald, Soichiro Hoshi will appear as Nyanzol, and Nao Toyama will lend her voice to Giselle.

The plot of Part 2 revolves around the Separation Arc, with soul reapers led by Ichigo Kurasaki facing off against the Quincies led by Wandenreich. It will delve into Ichigo’s family history and feature Uryu Ishida prominently, as showcased in the Key Visual.

Studio Pierrot, known for their work on popular anime series such as Naruto, Bleach, Black Clover, and Tokyo Ghoul, will return to animate Part 2. The manga author, Tite Kubo, has confirmed the inclusion of a fight scene not present in the manga and supervised the storyboards for that particular scene.

The series will air on TV in Japan and be available on Disney+ for international viewers.”
