Sedona’s Summer Cinema Series returns for 2023, featuring family-friendly films at Posse Grounds Park, located at 525 Posse Ground Road. The series will showcase movies every Friday throughout June, beginning at 7:30 p.m. In case of inclement weather, the screenings will be relocated indoors to The Hub.
Josh Frewin, the city’s recreation and aquatics supervisor, emphasized that these events are both fun and free. Families, couples, and kids are encouraged to attend, bring their blankets, and savor a film while enjoying the pleasant weather.
Efforts are underway to bring food trucks to all showings, but for now, participants should plan to bring their own food and nonalcoholic beverages.
Notably, only ADA service dogs will be permitted at these movie showings.
