The long-awaited second part of Bleach’s Thousand-Year Blood War arc is just around the corner, and fans couldn’t be more thrilled. After the anime’s triumphant return last year, breathing new life into Tite Kubo’s supernatural masterpiece, the series is set to continue its epic journey with a 13-episode arc known as “The Separation.” The upcoming installment promises to be a rollercoaster ride of intense battles, intriguing plot twists, and the introduction of captivating new characters.

The recent livestream special dedicated to projects related to Kubo’s works, including Bleach and Burn the Witch, treated fans to an exciting glimpse of what’s to come in the upcoming arc. The newly released trailer focuses on the formidable Wandenreich, showcasing their uncanny powers and eccentric personalities. Among their ranks is Uryu Ishida, a familiar face who now finds himself fighting alongside the Quincy monks against the Soul Reapers. However, Uryu is not the only fresh face joining the fray.

The trailer introduces four intriguing new members of the Wandenreich, each with their own distinct abilities. First up is Gisele, voiced by Nao Toyama, who possesses the unsettling power to manipulate people after having their blood on her. Then we have Nianzol, voiced by Sōichiro Hoshi, a formidable adversary capable of deflecting attacks with precision, directing them wherever he pleases. Gerard Valkyrie, voiced by Tsuyoshi Koyama, is a truly enigmatic figure with the ability to manifest miracles, both for himself and those around him. Lastly, we have Liltotto, voiced by Aoi Yūki, a cunning and formidable warrior who can consume anything she desires and expertly manipulates spirit energy. The addition of these new characters injects fresh excitement into the narrative, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the clash between the Soul Reapers and the Wandenreich.

Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Part 2—The Separation is set to make its highly anticipated debut on July 8. Fans can catch the action-packed episodes on Hulu or Disney+, depending on their geographical location.
